Can't Log on to MSN

Ever since I cleared my hard-drive msn hasn't been working. I installed the newest one, but my childrens accounts (I have set MSN parental controls on their accounts) can't log on to msn. No error message or anything, just won't log on.

Is this something to do with the parental controls settings? if so where can I find them and change them?

Also, I used to have MSN Premium (the broswer) but now I have the old one. How can I get the new one again? I pay for a msn account by the way.. if it makes a difference.

I had this problem as well. Either you have a different problem, or your cache is corrupted. To fix it go to Documents and SettingsUser NameContactsEmail. Delete the email folder and then try again. If not try to sign in with disabled Parental Controls.

he said there was no error, i've had that when the firewall blocks the connection.

Same, on my laptop, but on my desktop computer I dont have a firewall up yet.

Anyone know where I can get MSN Premium again?

Also, does anyone know where I can find parental controls settings in the older MSN browser?
