Uncredited Use of my Work

well after looking at this website from a thread here http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=40817 I noticed that some of my wallpapers are up on this site.

now there is no crdit for any of the wallpapers on the site and I know there are more than just mine up there.

in fact i do belive there are wallpapers that have been released here as well and from a well know artist on deviantart.

anyway I e-mailed them with the e-mail at the bottom of there page, but i have had no reply from them and their contact page is dead.

I just want credit for my work, or have it removed.

I posted something very similar semi-recently and got about as much of a response as you did. I eventually PM'd Timan and had him remove my thread after a week or two of nothing. To this day icons and images from my previous layout are still used on the site and the person isn't as courteous towards removing it as yours was. I'm glad to hear that things work out sometimes though.

In my case I sent an email stating that he couldn't use my icons or the images poorly gaffed directly from my page. Even moreso being as the page in question is self-reputational; but rather than being a kind hearted individual he deliberately ignored the email but went out of his way to add a disclaimer to his page by the next day.

in my e-mail I stated that i would use 'alternative methods' to remove my wallpapers.

5 / 10 mintes later he had removed them.
