Polaroid or Frame Template

Does anyone have a template of a polaroid or picture frame, like one that would be used with a striped background with half-naked women in them? I'm looking to make a collage for my friend, of some pictures she took, and thought this would be a nice way to do it.

That one's nice. I used the one from Polaroid-n-izer, but it doesn't have that much detail.

I saw the deskphoto software here, and am trying to find a way to extract the frames on a mac. Any suggestions?

You could try and extract the files used in Rumshot templates (released here, in the Kapsules forum)--that's probably the kind of thing you're looking for.
