i was recently using an older version of RK Launcher before and never had a problem but i just installed the new beta version and some applications and windows overlay the dock so it cant be seen at all. Is there anyway to fix this?

wow, i really dont know what everyones problem is with this. first, if an app overlays your dock, just go to the area where your dock is located, and the dock will pop up infront of your application window. If that doesn't suit you, theres an application out there, i don't know the name, but what it does is create an invisible border which protects your dock from windows.

Look in the settings, there's something for "Always on Top," so that even fullscreen applications won't be on top of RK Launcher. If you'd rather have other applications not even cover RK Launcher in the first place, check out Sizer or Hawkeye ShellInit.
