For those specific icons you'll have to buy an iphone for a similar style search for dashboard dock icons. I'll see if I can dig up some links later

If it is absolutely impossible to get any of those icons before the release of iPhone (in June), then I would be satisfied if anyone could find an icon package with the same style like these xp icons
