It's Dreamlinux, nice to have as dual boot next to your windows (with flyakite) or to start from CD.
It's free, doesn't require any know how, everything works out of the box after install (multimedia/DVD/burning/internet/email etc etc)
and it's based on unix so it's very close to the real OSX 
(no spyware, no viruses etc anymore and it's fast, you can also use it from cd without any install, just download an iso and burn it with nero and boot with the cd and your system is probably faster from cd then windows from harddisk).
