Invisible windows in TopDesk

Hello! I am quite new to XP>OS X, and I came across this site. I hope that users of TopDesk can answer my question:

Whenever I am at my desktop, and I hit F9, the windows show up fine. But, if I have iTunes open and Internet Explorer, say, and if iTunes is visible, and I hit F9, Internet Explorer shows up fine in the window selector, but all iTunes says is "iTunes" without a screenshot. I am using the "spatial" mode, and in the "Flip" mode all of the windows show up fine.

Help please!
