hiding RK Launcher

I can't figure out how to hide rk launcher when i have a window open, like the internet. It would be nice if it would stay behind like the rest of my desktop items so it doesn't interfere with the interface. Any suggestions?

- right click the line beside the garbage bin & uncheck always on top
