So i have downloaded Flyakite 3.5, I am installing right now but it gets stuck when it is Installing the iTunes Multi-Plugin 2.3.1,Will it be safe if i Close the setup?

could be the best thing that happened to you, as there are known issues with mplugin as packaged with flyakite. i suggest unchecking mplugin, installing flyakite without it, then downloading and installing mplugin separately.
