Cursor blink shape

This is gonna sound silly,but does anyone know if there is an application that can change the cursor shape while you type?

I want to change it to the shape in a command prompt,after you press "Insert".

You know,not the line shape,the square shape.

Is there such an application or who knows? Maybe it's a windows setting/tweak etc.

Can't you go to Control Panel-->Mouse-->Cursor tab?

I'm not familiar with any software that changes cursors while you type.
