Basically created after I couldn't find any for Miranda.
Original icons are by Apple Computers, compiled for use in Miranda IM by me (Ertai88)

Used the forum's emoticons as a base, got rid of the white, then found your emote set XD
I can't get my smileys to work in miranda. I put them in the smiley folder and they are then when I preview them. But not when I message? Help!

Download this. Drop it in your mirandaplugins folder. Start Miranda up; go to Options -> Plugins and check the box beside smileyadd.dll. Restart Miranda. Go to Options -> Smileys and under default; select the smileys.
(Sorry if the steps are exact; I don't have Miranda with me at the momemnt)

i have another question, but this one is not about smileys, im new at Miranda and i tried to get a new theme , the theme is only working on the contact list, in the chat window the iChat skin does not work... i have no idea how to fix it. Here's a screen on how it looks:

You need to use matching visual style (or WB theme). Chat window is drawn by VS or WB theme, not by Miranda.
