Changing Office Icons

Does anyone know how to change Microsoft Office icons. I using FlyakiteOSX to make Windows look like Mac OSX Tiger and wqould like to change my Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 icon to the Microsoft entourage icon instead of using the Microsoft Office for Mac O icon. Any help would be appreciated?
