I've seen this wallpaper on the Apple website on a black Macbook:
Can anyone post a link to this wallpaper or if this thread has already been posted and replied to then a link to that. (I did some pretty intensive searching of the forums but to no avail) 
It's definitely not on OS X, I just thoroughly searched. But, on that Macbook, it looks like some kind of image editing program.
theres something else around this idea...the WP on Apples "customization" page....still no luck finding it.
It's not a wallpaper, it's screenshot of iPhoto doing photo editing in full screen mode.
