Mac buttons for online forms

Is there any way to have that nice sort of embossed effect with a blue-ish inner glow for online forms that macs have for windows?

I can't find a screenshot to post unfortunatly... I hope you know what I mean.

Does Vanimator (posted here, search for it) do that? Try it out...

I tried it, but it doesn't do what I want... It has a weird outer-glow which only works for half of the web-forms I've seen...

Any other programs I could try out?
