Does anyone know where I can get this visual style NOT in .rar format, in just a plain ol' .zip ?

You're going to run into a lot of .rar files in the customizing world, you know . I would find a good free unzipping program--FilZip jumps to mind, only because I've used it before. Search Google and you'll find tons of them.
