Avetunes skins won't change!

Ok... My friend's avetunes skins won't change! She has the skins in the correct folder and she has the latest version...

Here's what she said:

The skin doesn't change.. the music doesn't update even though I have the font.. and on skin. The name: Author: are Unknown? Basically, the skin won't upload.

I didn't know the answer to her problem, but maybe you guys have the answer...
