Customizing my Fluxbox

How can I make my Fluxbox look like this(attached image)? I have the font but when I apply it through gtk-theme-switch2 it looks really bad.

Make sure you have the right font size set. its either 6 or 8 for that one. (note: has never touched gtk-theme-switch)
