Royale Theme (AKA Windows Media Center Theme) problems

I can't find a good place to download this theme. I downloaded it from somewhere, but it has some problems.. like in Control Panel everything is white.

Softpedia doesn't work. Anyone know a GOOD place I can download the proper one that skins everything/.. not just taskbar and windows?
