What is this plug-in?

Hey.. you're all gonna think I'm really dumb, but I used to have a plug-in for RK Launcher that used to give me a skinnable sub menu when I clicked on certain icons in the dock.

I just thought I'd re-install Windows and start fresh, but I forgot to save that one plug-in, and now I've forgotten what it's called!

Does anyone know? I remember it was quite hard to find in the first place.. =/
