2 Questions about RKLauncher

i searched around Aqua Soft and google, but didnt really find anything. Does anyone know how to change minimized icons in RKLauncher??? For example, lets say i minimize a MSN convo to the dock, and i want to change that icon, how do i do it? i know that the dock seems to take a screenshot of that particular app before minimizing to the dock... and second, i was wondering if anyone could explain to me about KKMenu on RK? im sorry to mods if i'm not allowed to do this >_
