A few questions...

I have limited internet time, so I am gonna post 2 brief things..

1) Anyway I can have that nice mac sensation where I can drag images and actually SEE the image I am dragging in Windows XP?

2) I have a vaio laptop and for some reason it doesn't tell me how much TIME my battery has left.. What can I do to fix that?

Response to (2):

For XP Pro SP2:

- Go to StartRunServices.msc

-In the right window-pane look for these entries: Universal Plug and Play Device Host, and SSDP Discovery service

-In their properties, set Startup type to "Disabled"

-Restart

-Now you should see a battery meter

Is there any chance that this could mess up my system in any way?

sure, there's always a chance that a change you make could to your system could mess it up. seems unlikely in this case. now say 'thank you' to vale and stop being such a pussy and try it.
