Disappearing Act

Some Applications that appear on the right side - past the vertical divider - when clicked on disappear from the dock and do not display in Windows XP. Launching the application again from the dock does not display the application as well, although the application is running. Are there any fixes for this?

I'm assuming this is RK Launcher, but it may also be ObjectDock or YzDock .
