RKLauncher.conf Deleting Itself?

I've noticed a problem on numerous machines that I have installed RKLauncher on and it is that on random occasions after booting up, I find the dock reload at startup without any background, or magnification and it is stuck in the left hand corner of the screen. Also, you can't access any settings menus.

I've looked in the RKLauncher folder and noticed that everytime this happens, the RKLauncher.conf file has deleted everything from inside it and is 0 bytes in filesize. Restoring this file from a backup or another installation fixes the issue, but again after a while it randomly wipes itself clean.

Anyone else had this problem?

I got the same problem. I reinstalled a few times but the problem was still there. So I switch to stardoch objectdoc.
