is there a way to get findeXer or any explorer replacement to look like this (excluding styler)???

I don't really care if theres another explorer replacement is buggy.

noo not a finder replacement. you know how findeXer loads itself automatically into all windows? i need something like that. i use nexplorer for finder. thanks for your efforts though
