Can't Change Font in Explorer

Hey guys, I can't change the font for icons. Whenever I try this:

1. Right Click on your windows desktop and click properties

2. Click on the Appearance tab

3. From the item dropdown list choose Icon

4. Change the font to what ever you require

5. open up explorer and view your new selection

The font hops back to Tahoma, no matter which font I select.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

You should try Styler...

thats what I use to change all my fonts

It's probably because your system font is set to Tahoma. There's a special reg. key that allows you to change you system fonts, google up on it, it's a pretty specific key. If you dont want to edit the registry, I'm sure Styler will work.

The keys to modifying the default shell font from Tahoma are:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrent VersionFontSubstitutes

• MS Shell Dlg

• MS Shell Dlg 2
