How do I get pause/play/etc on my taskbar for iTunes?

I see some screens here and there that have media player functions on the taskbar. Things such as play/pause/volume/etc. I use iTunes. Anyone know what program adds those functions to the taskbar?

and don't forget the taskbar config function of samurize.

Right click on the taskbar.

Go to Toolbars > Click iTunes.

Then minimize iTunes.

It should go there.
