AveDesk keeps crashing

I just tried out AveDesk (1.3) on my Windows XP (Pro) machine, it's very spiffy. After some brief reading up I got everything set and things seem to be working fine. My one problem: AveDesk doesn't seem to want to idle, or stay running. If I leave my laptop for periods of time (not sure how long just yet), when I return the process crashes immediately. When I fire up AveDesk again everything is hunky-dory, it's a small pain in the butt. Any thoughts?

I just had to reinstall AveDesk too. It crashes all the time.

I had this problem with avedesk. It turned out to be a GDI bug.

IF you have a desklet that is "hidden" Showcase, and it is doing many updates. (AveScripter New Ticker) Or Clock

When you do a showcase ave does and "update" of the desklet and GDI seems too blow up.

Maybe this is your problem?
