Coverflow for iTunes 7 windows sux

Heh. Sorry for the title text. I just decided to use iTunes 7 on windows and discovered that the CoverFlow graphics are not as sleek as on my OS X machines. What I mean is there are no pseudo-reflections on the Album Art squares. Is there an option to enable this? Is there something I'm missing? Is the graphics card or its drivers too outdated? or did Apple do it on purpose to make the Windows version plain vanilla?
