Modifying Firefox font?

How can I make firefox look like this?

Instead of this!

I like how smooth font looks compare to mine!

All the letters are in caps what do I need to edit!

What do I have to modify to change the font on the buttons?

The current font right now doesn't match any of the firefox selected fonts(tools-options), the webpage-selected font, nor my system font.

And I'm pretty sure it's not part of the firefox theme.

the top set of buttons is my current. Its big, ugly, off-center, non-aliased, and just seems out of place (its bugging me to death)

The set of buttons below is from the same website, but on IE7. (Not the best font, but at least it doesn't threaten to stick out of the button)

without due respect, what theme is that. the one below? is that for firefox 2?

What if I want to make them gray? to blend a little more.
