Altering MySpace with CSS

Hey guys, I can't figure out this code. All the red circles I want to make either white or transparent and for all the red arrows, I want to change the colors. Can anyone help me?

I did... and I could only get it to make the entire table background 1 color. Not 2 colors like the default. I am wondering how I can make the default colors different.

edit~ also I was thinking of adding tabs on the side of the page in a fixed position (like the ones on this page http://twistedmelon.com), but I have no clue how to do it.

its not a very professional approach but you can view the page source then search words in the table you want to change.

For example search for 'Ryan's Interests' an then you should be able to figure out the code for that specific table

I've been doing that also. I just can't seem to get it right. Everytime I try something, it messes up the entire layout.
