I'm trying to make a simple change of fonts on the AREA04 theme but when I change the fonts [there are 2 listed - 1 that is CAPS and 1 that isn't] and go to apply the theme it shows the preview as being all black. I haven't tried to apply it simple b/c from the looks of the preview I won't be able to see anything.
Anyone have any ideas? I'm using ResEdit too BTW.
If the preview is all black, it means something got screwed up either saving the file or by something you changed in the file. For instance, if you used a font name that you don't have, misplaced a comma, accidentally deleted a line you shouldn't have, etc.
I have successfully changed the fonts in Areao4 and Areao4.2 numerous times. And, there should be three fonts in Areao4.
I think if you apply that theme, you'll be really sorry, too. So DON'T if the preview is showing black.
Well I completely forgot about this thread. Obviously. Anywho I tried to edit the fonts again. This time I used Styler. I was able to change the fonts except for the TASKBAR. It did change the font but not to what I wanted. It changed to something a bit smaller and harder to read. I don't see any option specifically for the TASKBAR in Styler so I'm not sure exactly what to change. I've tried a few but didn't notice a change.
Anyone have any experience changing the fonts using Styler?
