Problem with desktop

Hello guys,

I'm using Flyakite OSx with RK Launcher, Y's Shadow.

Every now and then, there seems to be a box left behind by some application as shown in the image. And if i select "Show the desktop", then the dock, which is hidden on the top of the screen, does not work. I have to select "Show open windows" and the box reappears and the dock starts functioning. Can anyone help me out with this? The performance of the system is good. Also can anyone tell me how to remove the default system icons on the desktop like My Computer, Network Places, Trash etc.?

To remove those icons: right click on desktop, properties, desktop, customize, uncheck them. To remove the recycle bin, I recommend TweakUI (safest way to do it imo, plus it has other features).

The box is caused by YzShadow. Please search, you would have found that out .
