(to Admins) Invision Board Questions

I'm helping my friend start his forum and I have a few questions regarding Invision Board (the board aqua-soft forums run on).

Firstly, how did you mod your entire Invision Board? It seems as though 99% of the things on here are modded...

Secondly, there doesn't seem to be a "build in" super mod option... Despite my looking and looking in the admin panel, there is only a user group for "moderators," but nothing for supermod...

Thirdly, how did you get those icons (such as admin/supermod/mod/aqua-guru, etc.) to show up under the name? Obviously it's not an avatar, since the avatar goes above it...

Thirdly, it seems as though your "rules" above the forums are a bit more complex than mine -- you have a list on the left, and yet on the right you have another little paragraph for the rules. I can't figure out how to "split" the rules as they are split in this forum...

Help appreciated! I'm anxious to start my board but am anxiously looking for answers to my questions if possible I figure any admin (goku, etc.) can help

Say - I've also been trying to figure out something in an Invision Board I moderate - how do you change the "Help", "Search", "Members", and "Calendar" icons that appear in that top "menu" bar on the board? I looked under every category on the Admin CP and couldn't find anything that would change them...

those images are in your skin dir, (ex board/style_images/1/ )

Actually this forum isn't modded at all right now, just skinned (even though its really not, never did get to do that) was going to mod up the boards once 1.2 final hit, but seems thats taking longer than expected.

Also a Supermod for the forums is just a moderator that just mods everyone forum, in other terms just do not specifiy which forums you want the moderator to moderate...

For the UserGroup images, go into your AdminCP, and go under usergroups pick the group you want to change the badge for, and just change "Group Icon" to the filename of the badge you want to use, but you must first upload the badge images to... (../board/html//team_icons/ your file here )

The rules are the top, I just put in some html, nothing great, just some table thats why we have 2 columns.
