You can download a background theme (from wincustomize, deviantart, etc) and unzip it into the program files/stardock/objectdock/backgrounds folder.
yes,i have downlosded a skin,the link:http://www.wincustomize.com/Preview.aspx?S.../dock/11524.jpg. but only grey,i can't change the color.can u tell me how to get different color like the image? 
You'd have to change the color in an image editing program like Photoshop. It would be a really nice feature if they added color changing like Windowblinds has.
there is a feature like that in the plus version
