Changing stubborn preview icons
If you're familiar with the registry here's the key. If not don't try it.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTpngfileDefaultIcon
Change the path to the ico file you want to use.
ok ok. your not getting what i mean. in Icon viewing, all images go to original icons. i can't fix that. look at my ss. my ss also applies to my desktop, since its obviously, its in icon viewing.
Just get IconPackager from Stardock and be done with it. You have been given several options in this thread and you can't seem to get any to work so just go download it and give it a try.
