More voices for Microsoft Speech

i was just wondering, if it's possible to get more voices for Microsoft speech? or maybe an exact clone of the Mac Speech function?

ok i did it but i don't know how to install it. when i unzip it its comes out as an....msm extension. what do i do with that?
