objectDpock and maximized windows

I wonder if it possible in any way to have maximized windows between Microsoft panel, which I have on the top of the screen and objectDock (or any other launcher/dock app) which I have on the bottom. Currently I have to use unmaximazed windows, which is not very neat.

I believe Sizer or Hawkeye ShellInit will also do the trick. Search for them .
