Taskbar resets to bottom of screen

Hi all,

Everytime I start windows it resets the task bar to the bottom of the screen. I unlock it, move it to the top, lock it again, restart and it's back on the bottom.

I checked the tweak to move the task bar to the top and have since tried uninstalling it just incase but no luck.

Is this a known bug or is there a hidden windows setting to reset task bar positions?!

Note: I have no GUI mods other than Flyakite 3.5 installed
