Increase this WP's Quality

can someone increase the quality of this image and change the background to a dark gray and the DJ to a blood red? i dont have photoshop so i can't do it myself... thx in advance

I can't do it, but I can suggest getting thegimp. It is just like Photoshop, but free.

There is also a portable version, which I use, so there's no installation either.

it seems impossible to keep the crosses, cuz there are simply too many. I had to sacfrice them in order for it to look right in the end. This is what I was able to do

it shouldnt be too hard to improve the quality yourself, after all, the image is a vector. Me, i'm lazy so i did what vale46 did...how is this?
