I checked out the screenshot you linked by the original deviantion and he linked to the original author's dA - http://pink-prissie.deviantart.com/

But Pink-prissie is apparently banned from deviantART so your chances of getting this wall is very unlikely. Unless, if some GUI guru has the wallpaper.
