FlyakiteOSX effects, but min/max/close buttons on the left with WindowBlinds

Hey all,

I installed FlyakiteOSX and I love the new visual style of my pc. But I wanted the 'real' min/max/close buttons to the left... so I installed WindowBlinds full version and downloaded the Mac OS TIger skin by Steve Grenier.

After applying this skin I got what I wanted (buttons to the left), but also a lot of stuff I didn't want. Now my oen/save icons are back into Windows-standard, the arrows from a dropdown menun changed, and more annoying: the seperators in my Firefox bookmarklists are unvisible, the black lines between the bookmark-buttons of the bookmark bar are gone (so no 3D effect anymore) etc...

How can I only let Windowblinds change the min,max,close buttons but leave the rest as it was done by FlyakiteOSX?

I think the save icons are sometimes replaced when your update your Windows, so not much can be done. Chris said he hated the .dll in charge of those icons or something...

One thing I can think of is to uninstall FlyakiteOSX and once you uninstalled it and restarted your computer, enable the Mac OS X Theme your using in WindowBlinds and on the "Toolbar" and "animations" sections, select the default toolbar and animations from microsoft. Then install FlyakiteOSX again. Hope this helps

Um.... Jmymx1, have you DONE that before? I don't think that's sound advise at all.

I read that thread, was able to get the icons back by uninstalling Flyakite and Windoblinds and reinstalling flyakiteosx...

installed windowblinds again too, tried the Tiger osx theme and yep, icons back to normal again...

Checked other threads on the min,max,close buttons to the left on this forum too before posting my question. All threads just mentioned a skin for windowblinds and they were happy. I want that one feature of windoblinds but the rest I want to be left like when using Flyakite...

@Jmymx1: will try that tomorrow (1.30pm here and have school tomorrow at 8.30am...) but I doubt this will only change the min,max,close buttons...

Did you install WindowBlinds After you installed FlyakiteOSX? Because if you did, that may be the case.

At first yes, I also thought it might be that. Then I installed windowblinds first but didn't apply the tiger theme and then installed flyakite... prolly stupid not to apply the tiger theme, should have checked that...
