AveDesk a must for desktop mod?

In order to have those hugh icon on desktop, Avedesk is a must to do it?

What other function does Avedesk provide?

I'm thinking of installing it but i currently don't have any idea what it can do n what it does.

It's not the only way, but this community is full of members who'll be able to help you with any questions you'd have, and it's very extendible .

Also, it has a very low memory usage, and it won't harm your computer. Give it a shot. There's a nice intro included with the program (just run it, but make sure you read any readmes first) that should get you started. Then spend some time poking around, and then ask any questions you have--just make sure you put them in the Ave's Apps forums.
