Small Problem w/ Miranda Skin

After lots of reading and messing around, I'm pretty satisfied with my config of Miranda, however, I'm having a couple issues. The most annoying one is how the contact list extends further past the edge of the Miranda window than it should when I have it skinned (AdiumX theme). I have a picture of the problem here - http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/7462/probnd1.jpg. There's a small, yellow arrow pointing it out. I've tried everything to fix this with no luck.

The only other, minor issue that I was curious about was getting chat history to display when you open a chat window. If I close the window and reopen it, all chat history is wiped by default. I can still go into the history display and see everything, however, I'd like it to show up in the chat window if possible (haven't had any luck with the options. The only plugins I've thrown in so far are tabSRMM and IEView.

under the settings 'contact list>window' change the 'client area margins' for the right. youll have to play around with it to get it right.

Excellent. Thank you sir. Yeah, I had messed around with those margin settings, but was lowering the number from the default 5 to 4, then to 3, and didn't see a difference. As soon as I started raising the number, however, it was very apparent that I was resolving the issue. Setting it to 7 did the trick.
