Tempura's buttons

So I've been using HSN's Tempura, but the only thing that really bothers me about it is the button style. Now this has been posted before, but the solution posted in the earlier thread didn't work for me. Any suggestions on how to get rid of these dotted lines that go around every button:

Weird... could it be Firefox? I get that border on all buttons I click on.

not sure but i think if you go to Display Properties -> Appearance -> Effects and check the box for Hide Underlined Letters.... i think that'll fix it.

edit: that should work for explorer, doesn't fix it in Firefox

I too use Firefox (v1.5.0.8) and no lines here...

Which solution did you try?

I tried them all, with different themes and a restart. It happens on anything I click on in firefox, be it a tab, link, picture. They all get circled by the dotted lines. (I'm using 2.01 or something)
