How to replace downloading AVI animation in IE

Hi i've just downloaded the new IE7 and i have problems replacing the new downloading AVI. Can someone please tell me which file it is? and how does one know which file to look for to replace specific BMPs or AVIs? Is there a listing of sorts?

PS. I'm pretty sure the new AVI for downloading files is NOT in shell32.dll. It looks different.

I'm not sure if the ieframe.dll file contains it. I don't know where is located, make a search in your system.

Are you referring to the start menu search? if so, can it find resource files within .DLL files??

Choose the option "all files and folders" and type in the search box "ieframe.dll".
