Tiger Iconpackage- not like the others

I was wondering if anyone could create an iconpackage of tiger. I know there's a sticky in the forums to a mac os x package but that one is incomplete. I would like one with filetypes included, and if possible applications that are shared by both mac and xp. If this is a redundant message let me know and point me to the right thread.

you can easily make your own with IP. find the icons for those file types, drag and drop them in the icon explorer, save the package and voila
