Custom Dock Location

Hello,

I am not talking about having it in a hotspot, or a margin. I was wondering if I can put a dock in a specific location (such as just above the taskbar). I already have one dock runnig, so this would be helpful with the second one.

P.S: Abrupt, I know. There's simply no way to do what you ask--the dock will only go in one of four places.
