The Icon theme isnt to good but it skins the folders in Aquaesque.

I have updated the tar.gz to fix an entry.png error causing errors to be written to tty/1.
Here is a Left side Close,minimize,Maximize Button in Gnome Tutorial.
Open a Terminal Window in Gnome. in the Term run 'gconf-editor'.
Browse to /apps/metacity/general in the Gconf-Editor.
Now in the right side of the editor there is a list of text entrys. look through the list and locate the 'button_layout' key, double click to edit the key. Change the Key to this close,minimize,maximize:menu There ya go, Left sided buttons in metacity. Have Fun. :own:

gtk+ is the framework in which the gnome desktop and the apps built for/with gtk+ works in linux/*bsd/*nix
im pretty sure you can't get it for windoze.

I have Gnome on virtual pc, does anyone know how to install the Virtual pc addons, so i can transfer these files to linux and then install em?

there is an icon in the bottom bar to install it (where the cd and drive icons are).
i do not belive there are addons for virtual pc that work with linux.. unless it has changed from the last time i used it?

Ok so i'd say im Almost happy with the images in this theme, Bugging me @ this moment and plan to fix:
Scrollbar Buttons: they just look like ass.
Progress Meters: Need better Resources to work from. i'd like to make it candy cane style if i had some images.
Metacity Inactive Window Panther Style: Not sure how to code this one in yet.
And as soon as Xfree86 gives me true transparency, look forward to Transparent Inactive Title Bars.[this isnt happening any time soon]
So what i am working on now is Cleaning the Code. it was totally bloated, esp. the gtk2 theme. getting rid of alot of duplicate images that were named different and so on..

yeah transparency wont happen for a while in xfree.. bastards.. lol
there was a theme in kde that did the transparent titlebar effect (ofcourse fake transparency)
but it was sllooooowwwwwwwwww

Ok I've Updated the theme, Fixes a few graphic bugs, as well as ALOT of code cleanup. especially conserning the gtk2 theme it was way bloated, seems to draw alot quicker on my box now.

Please forgive me for asking a seaminly dumb question to which I am sure htere is s imple question, but the traphic lights are on the right not the left. How to I switch?

ps... how did you get your nautilus toolbar looking so good? Mine doesn't quite work - the scanlines seem to get messed up going over the icons.
Alilm: I remember that i made an iso of the things i was going to have on my Virtual pc, and just mount it in Virtual PC. It worked last time i tried it
