Anything to sync folders?

Basically, I'm looking for a program to sync my music folder on my ipod (I use rockbox) with my music folder on my hard drive.

What does AS prefer?

windows explorer, thats why the feature to drag and drop files on the ipod is there in the first place with rockbox?

I was more hoping for something to only move the difference. (20gb over usb 2 is Slooooow)

And yes I can drag and drop and play with rockbox, that and the fact if plays ogg is the reason I switched.

I prefer SyncBack for synchronizing files. I've found that it's more configurable and as an added bonus, it isn't made by Microsoft

if you just want to move changed files, vista has a "no to all" function on copy/paste doesnt it?

or did you want something different [i understand you may not have vista]

I think Xp has the same function, but I don't want to hear my hard drive thrashing when I do it.

Also I wanted something that would check to see if there was any changes.
