software doesnt really cost anything to deploy because its just a download, unlike socks for example, which cost the company something per sock

I seem to have forgotten my user/pass on MacHeist. For some weird reason I didn't use the same ones I use everywhere else. I tried contacting them at info@macheist.com to no avail. Anyone have a contact over there?
I did the same thing......they dont seem to have a password recovery system in effect.
